Last generation technology and in house labs
By having a facility that is
modern and up to date, we have the resource of having a central computer
monitored system that controls all aspects of production (harvesting, seed
drying, cleaning, packaging and inventory control).
We also have an in-house
laboratory that permits us to constantly check the soil and crops to make
sure that our standards constantly met in regards to soil fertility,
seed contamination (GMO or pests), performance and yields. Working in
collaboration with international accredited laboratories and quality
certifying agencies, our crops are constantly checked to meet the needs and demands of
our clients by having the test
results to prove it.
All these procedures
fully guarantee the preserved identity of our organic crops and processed
products from the farm to the final destination.

Farming organic in huge extensions of
certified land
By having access to huge extensions of
agricultural land that is highly fertile, semi-arid with an abundance of
irrigation water, we can grow the finest crops possible and at the same time
be in a state of isolation in these large tracts of land from cross
contamination from other growers. This permits us to rest assured that GMO
contamination will not be a major factor when it comes the quality of our
organic crops.
The
ecological conditions of our fields are strictly preserved by rotating
crops, leaving always natural areas without cultivation to renovate the
resources and let the land rest from crop to crop. Wild
life is respected and protected as well as the natural life of our lake
where a community of ducks and birds live without contamination.
