Organic Pures and Pulps
The raw materials are cultivated at our farm located in Mendoza, on the Andes slopes, 900 meters above sea level, under an ideal climate. After getting there, these raw materials are processed under a strict quality control, complying with the highest international standards. All our products are processed and packaged aseptically, without the aggregate of any preserver nor additive whatsoever. Since beginnings of the XVII th century, when the pasteurization was started being used to preserve food, until nowadays, the disadvantage of all conventional processes is that it causes the loss of color, flavor and taste. Thanks to the sterilization and aseptic cooling with the corresponding cold packaging, all the fresh product's qualities remain undamaged. |
