TRITICALE
is wheat and rye hybrid. Most triticale production is utilized as a
feed grain forage, or both in animal feeding, including poultry,
monogastrics, and ruminants. Triticale serves as a substitute for other
cereal grains or as a partial substitute for protein sources such as
soybean meal.
